William Shekarian brings a rare depth of financial expertise to small business lending, built across commercial real estate, corporate finance, and alternative capital markets. His career has spanned both sides of the transaction: as a financial intermediary structuring debt and equity for commercial real estate deals, and as an in-house finance executive supporting operating companies and developers through capital raises, strategic planning, and financial operations. That foundation gives him a perspective well beyond the typical lending broker. He understands how businesses are built, how lenders think, and how the true cost of capital affects long-term growth.

As a CFA charterholder, CAIA charterholder, and licensed CPA, he works directly with business owners to identify the right lender, the right product, and the right terms for their specific situation, from working capital and equipment financing to business lines of credit and real estate financing. His approach combines institutional-grade financial analysis with a hands-on, one-client-at-a-time commitment to getting every deal done right.
