The capital your business deserves. The expertise to get it right.
Walnut Hill Capital connects growing businesses with the right lenders, matching each opportunity to the financing structure that actually fits. No call centers. No guesswork. One advisor, fully accountable from start to funded.

Financing built around your business
We work with lenders across the full spectrum of small business capital, so the solution we recommend is the one that fits, not just the one that's available.
A different kind of capital advisor
Most brokers send your file to whoever will take it. We do something different. Before we ever submit a deal, we analyze your business the way an institutional lender would, evaluating your cash flow, capital structure, and financing options across a curated network of lenders. You get honest guidance, competitive terms, and a clear picture of what you're agreeing to.

- 01
Institutional expertise, personal attention
Your advisor holds the CFA, CAIA, and CPA designations, a combination rarely found in alternative lending. That means your financing request is evaluated with the same rigor as a corporate capital raise, not a quick checkbox exercise.
- 02
One client at a time
We don't hand you off to a queue. Every engagement is handled directly by William Shekarian or Denis Salagor, from your initial inquiry through final funding. You'll always know where your deal stands and why.
- 03
Access to multiple lenders
As an independent broker, we're not tied to a single product or funder. We match each opportunity to the lender and structure best suited to your business, from small to mid-sized, whether that's a term loan, line of credit, equipment financing, revenue-based advance, or real estate financing.
- 04
Transparent terms, every time
We walk you through every offer before you sign anything: total cost of capital, repayment structure, and how each option compares. No buried fees, no pressure.
From application to funded, simply
Our process is designed to move fast without cutting corners. Most clients receive preliminary options within 24 hours of submitting their information.
- 01
Tell us about your business
Complete a brief intake, no lengthy paperwork upfront. We ask only what we need to assess your financing options.
- 02
We do the work
We evaluate your profile against our lender network and identify the best-fit options for your situation, structure, and timeline.
- 03
Review your options
We walk you through every offer side by side: terms, cost, and tradeoffs explained in plain language.
- 04
Get funded
Once you select the right option, we manage the process through to funding. Funds are typically deposited within 1 to 5 business days after approval.
Built on experience. Driven by integrity.
Walnut Hill Capital LLC was founded on a straightforward premise: small and mid-sized businesses deserve the same quality of financial analysis and advisory that large institutions receive as a matter of course. We work with a select number of clients at a time, and every engagement is handled directly, not delegated.

Common questions
Will applying affect my credit score?
No. Pre-qualification is based on a soft inquiry only and does not impact your personal or business credit score. A hard inquiry may occur only if you formally accept a financing offer from a lender that requires it, and we'll tell you in advance if that's the case.
How long does the process take?
From your initial inquiry to a preliminary options review typically takes 24 to 48 hours. Full approval and funding timelines vary by product. Revenue-based financing and working capital can fund in as little as one to two business days; SBA and real estate transactions take longer due to lender processing requirements.
What documents will I need?
For most products, we start with three to six months of business bank statements and basic business and owner information. More complex products (SBA loans, real estate financing) require additional documentation, which we'll outline clearly at the appropriate stage.
Is there any cost to apply?
No. There is no fee to apply, no cost for our advisory review, and no obligation to accept any offer. Our compensation comes from the lender upon a funded deal, and we disclose that arrangement to you upfront.
What if I've been declined elsewhere?
A decline from one lender doesn't define what's available across the full market. Different lenders weigh credit, revenue, time in business, and industry differently, and we know how to match your profile to the right source. Tell us what happened and we'll assess your options honestly.
Ready to find the right financing?
No cost to apply and no obligation to proceed. We'll tell you honestly what's available and what makes sense for your business.
