What lenders see in a franchise
  • Royalties and marketing fund
  • Brand-mandated build-outs
  • Unit-level cash flow
  • Growth plan in your agreement
Why franchise owners work with us

Franchising has its own financial playbook.

Royalties, marketing fund contributions, brand-mandated build-outs, growth plans tied to your agreement. The right lender understands that structure. The wrong one costs you time and money.

  • Built around how franchises operate

We look at store-level cash flow, franchise agreement obligations and your growth timeline, not just a credit score.

  • Access to multiple lenders

Independent, not tied to one funder. Banks, alternative, equipment and SBA lenders, compared side by side.

  • A dedicated advisor, start to finish

Led by William Shekarian, CFA, CAIA, CPA. No call center, no new team at each step.

  • Transparent terms

Total cost, repayment structure, fees and prepayment terms, before you sign anything.

Financing for every stage of a franchise.

If your franchise needs it, we can fund it.
  • New Units

Build-out, franchise fees and pre-opening costs.

  • Remodels

    Brand-mandated upgrades without draining cash.

  • Acquisitions

Buy an existing unit or a multi-unit portfolio.

  • Working Capital

Payroll, inventory, royalties and seasonal gaps.

  • Equipment

Purchase, replace or upgrade what earns your revenue.

  • Refinancing

Consolidate higher-cost debt into one structured payment.

Do you need my franchisor's approval to apply?

Not to explore your options. Some financing, such as new units, acquisitions or remodels, may eventually require franchisor approval or consent, and some lenders review your franchise agreement. We'll tell you what applies to your situation as we go.

Can I finance a new location if my existing store is performing well?

Often, yes. Lenders look at the performance of your existing unit(s) alongside the plan for the new one. We'll help you present both clearly.

Does my franchise brand matter?

It can. Some lenders have experience with, or preferences about, particular franchise systems. We'll match you with lenders suited to your brand and category.

What if I have limited credit history or have been declined before?

Different lenders weigh credit, revenue, time in business and collateral differently. Tell us what happened and we'll assess your options honestly.

What documents will I need?

For most products, we start with recent business bank statements and basic business and owner information. Larger transactions, such as SBA, acquisition or real estate, require more documentation, which we'll outline when it's needed.

Will applying affect my credit score?

Pre-qualification is based on a soft inquiry only. A hard inquiry may occur only if you formally accept an offer from a lender that requires one, and we'll tell you in advance.

Is there a cost to apply?

No. There is no fee to apply, no cost for our advisory review, and no obligation to accept an offer. Our compensation comes from the lender upon a funded deal, and we disclose that arrangement upfront.

Ready to fund your next move?

Tell us about your franchise and what you want to fund. We respond within one business day.
